Hearing impaired individuals, such as those who are deaf of hard of hearing, need to easily and comfortably find the location of their required product without putting themselves at risk or having an awkward/uncomfortable conversation. Introducing a Machine Learning kiosks, that recognize sign language, into stores allows them to be independent and not have to ask for help. It also serves as a way of making their lives easier, without asking them to adjust.

• It should celebrate Deaf culture, via use of sign language.
• It should be adhering to the rules of COVID restrictions since the situation has made it harder for them to interact.
• It should also encourage people to learn sign language and be more inclusive of the Deaf community.
