This project focuses on evaluation the website BookMyShow.com using various frameworks such as Heurisitic Evaluation, Usability Testing, SUS rating and Data Analysis. Users were recruited and the usability study was conducted over MS Teams, due to COVID regulations, and a final report was written based on the findings and possible redesign solutions.
